Washing
Pillow and duvet: We recommend that you do not wash your kapok products, but rather shake them regularly or hang them outdoors to aerate where possible.

Our junior duvet and pillow are filled with natural and antibacterial kapok fibers. Dust mites cannot survive in the filling, and that is why you can always feel confident in putting your baby to bed in clean, dry, and hypoallergenic bedding. An additional benefit is that the material regulates temperature. Kapok automatically adjusts to body temperature – baby will be neither too cold nor too warm while sleeping.
The duvet and the pillow are organic and GOTS certified, and of course so are the bedding. My design offers four attractive natural colors, and the satin weave ensures that the cotton fabric stays soft even after being washed many times.
GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. This label indicates that your goods have been produced with organic materials and with focus on the environment. This means that you can safely buy the clothes or textiles for your baby.
On top of that, when you buy products with the GOTS marking, you can be sure that the fabric was produced under socially responsible working conditions. The label is not only a guarantee that everything is organic from cultivation to harvesting to producing the finished product. When you choose items with a GOTS certification, you know that the environmental impact was considered throughout the production process.
In addition, there are several social and environmental requirements that must be fulfilled in order to receive GOTS certification. These requirements are the same wherever you purchase clothes or textiles. When you buy something for your baby with this label, you can be sure that you have a responsibly made product in your hands.
